Services for the following areas will be limited or unavailable, except in cases of emergency, from the following departments during this time:

Budget
Bookstore
Financial Services
General Services (warehouse, print shop, duplicating, and mail services)
Human Resources
Information Technology Services
Physical Plant
Purchasing
