The Wellness Clinic has some spaces left in our new program, "A New You". This program is for new participants who need some extra help to succeed in reaching their goals.

What you get:
All of the great benefits of a regular membership at the Wellness Clinic, starting with a comprehensive health and fitness appraisal and including

  • medical history/health habits review;
  • fitness evaluation;
  • graded exercise test with ECG and VO2max;
  • individualized fitness prescription;
  • goal setting and motivation counseling;
  • supervised exercise sessions;
  • exercise classes including yoga, core strengthening, and group cycling;
  • monthly health and fitness lectures.

Plus:

  • one personal training session per week;
  • weekly e-mail and phone contact with your fitness specialist;
  • monthly progress reports;
  • reimbursement incentive -- $25 back to you at the end the spring semester if you reach a short term goal and another $25 back at the end of the year if you reach a long term goal (goals must be appropriate and agreed upon between client and trainer).

To take advantage of this great program, fill out the medical history/health habits questionnaire, put "A New You" in the comments at the end of the form, and pay the $150 ($25 more than regular fee) membership fee by 2/1/06*.
