Ithaca College

Soprano Deborah Lifton will give her first recital as a member of the Ithaca College School of Music faculty at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11 in the Hockett Family Recital Hall. She will be joined by pianist Charis Dimaras for arias by Bellini and Rossini, along with songs by Grieg, Ginastera, Larsen, and Rachmaninoff.

Lifton teaches at Syracuse University and the New York University Musical Theater Summer Workshop. She has also taught at the Mannes College of Music, and performed with the Natchez Opera Festival, the Bronx Opera Company, the Aspen Music Festival and others.
