The IC PT program had five faculty give presentations at the recent American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections Meeting, held February 1-4, in San Diego, CA.

This is a national conference attended by 5000 special interest section members of the American Physical Therapy Association. Representing the IC core PT faculty with peer reviewed and invited presentations were:

Charles Ciccone - Two Invited Presentations - Evidence-Based Management of Deep Venous Thrombosis. & How to Include a Medical/Pharmacology Review as Part of the PT Evaluation: What Does It Mean?

Hilary Greenberger - Research Poster - Factors Influencing Health Related Quality of Life in Community-Dwelling Older Adults Aged 60 Years and Over.

Jeff Houck - Research Presentation - Influence of Anticipation and Task on Knee Motor Control in Subjects With ACL Deficiency Classified as Noncopers.

Ernie Nalette - Research Presentation - Is Trustworthiness at Risk for Failure? Gaining a Perspective From Graduate Physical Therapist Students?

In addition, it was noted that over 20 IC PT alums also gave presentations.
