Faculty Present at State Rec Conference

Dr. Margaret Arnold (Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Services) and Dr. Margaret Nowicki (Business Administration) recently delivered a paper at the 66th Annual Conference and Business Expo sponsored by the New York State Recreation and Parks Society. Their educational session, "Knowing Your KSA's of Human Resource Management" shared the results of their research study which examined HR competencies among executive directors of public recreation organizations. This research project was awarded and supported by the Center for Faculty Rersearch and Development.
