Michael Horne Presents at Phi Alpha Theta

Michael Horne, a senior history major, presented his research at the annual conference
of the West-Central New York chapter of Phi Alpha Theta,
the national history honor's society.

Mr. Horne's paper, "Martial Race Theory and Colonial Power Relationships: The Formation and Influence of a Discourse" is part of larger senior honors thesis which he is completing under the direction of Dr. Jason Freitag (History).
