IC parents Ken Shuldman and Rich Newberg will join with Hillel to present a program on the eve of Holocaust Memorial Day, Monday, April 24, at 8:00 p.m., Textor 101.

Ken Shuldman will tell the story of Louis Bannet, Horn Player of Aushwitz, who survived by playing for the Nazis in a jazz combo in that infamous concentration camp. Mr. Shuldman is creative director at the world famous ad agency Ogilvy & Mather. His son Harry,'08, is a student in the Park School.

Rich Newberg '69, TV-R, will introduce and screen the documentary he produced, "Lost Childhood: The Birkenau Boys." He has been a broadcast journalist for the past 37 years. His son, David,'09, is also a student in the Park School.

This event is open to the campus community and the public. It has been made possible by a special programming grant from the President's office.
