Speech Pathology graduate students Josh Breger and Rachael Ward produced an award winning research project titled "Classroom Learning: Comparing Lectures With and Without a PowerPoint Module".

The paper was recently presented at the 17th International Conference on Teaching and Learning and was one of 12 papers selected for an award. Additionally, the paper was published in the Conference's proceedings. The research was conducted in CyberLab at Ithaca College and directed by Kal M. Telage, Professor of Speech-Language Pathology.
