Ithaca College

Ithaca, ranked second nationally, will host this weekend's Empire 8 Championship Tournament after winning the league's regular-season title for the fourth year in a row.

The Bombers are the top seed after posting a 12-0 Empire 8 record (the first undefeated conference record ever by an Empire 8 school), with Utica seeded second, St. John Fisher seeded third and Alfred seeded fourth.

The tournament will be held at Ithaca's Kostrinsky Field on Friday and Saturday, with Sunday to be used as a rain date if needed. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic bid to the NCAA playoffs.

Ticket prices for the tournament will be $3 for adults and $1 for senior citizens and students with ID. No complimentary passes will be accepted.

The Bombers are hosting the Empire 8 Championship Tournament for the third time in four years. They have won all four tournaments in the conference's history.
