I am pleased to inform the campus community of a number of important title changes in the Office of Physical Plant.
Effective immediately our office title will be the Office of Facilities, which is comprised of five areas of operations:
Central Office Services
Facilities Maintenance
Facilities Grounds and Transportation
Facilities Services
Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction.
Additionally, it is my pleasure to let you know the change in titles of the people who head up those operations.
Bill Drake's new title is Director - Facilities Maintenance
Roger Casterline's new title is Director - Facilities Grounds and Transportation
Lisa Belokur's new title is Director - Facilities Services
Sue Shipos' new title is Assistant to the Associate Vice President
The position of Director - Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction is currently vacant and a search process will be conducted in the near future to fill that job.
These changes in titles and the office name more accurately reflect the range and depth of the services provided by those areas in the facilities office and the people who head them up.
