ITS is proud to announce the introduction of the latest series of workshops – Institutional Information Systems! This new set of workshops will teach you about ARGUS and other reporting-related systems on campus.
The reporting toolset available to the Ithaca College community is quickly becoming more valuable in providing timely information to aid in the decision-making process of offices across campus. These workshops will cover the fundamental concepts of the reporting process, including the use of ARGUS, Discoverer, and Discoverer Viewer. The workshops currently include:
• Intro I – Introduction to Business Intelligence
• Intro II – Introduction to ARGUS
• Intro III – Introduction to Discoverer Viewer
• Intro IV – Introduction to Discoverer
If you are a regular user of ARGUS and the reports available there, these workshops are for you. If your office is responsible for creating reports and maintaining ARGUS pages these workshops are invaluable. A first round of these workshops has been scheduled for late June and early May.
