New Mac Laptops in Helpdesk Loaner Program

The ITS Helpdesk is pleased to announce that the inventory of loaner Mac laptops has been replaced with new models.

The new MacBook Pro laptops feature wireless capability and a DVD+/-RW burner, though it is important to note that the loaner laptops no longer come with a floppy drive, ZIP drive or modem.

The Helpdesk loaner equipment program also includes Dell laptops, LCD projectors and conference phones. The equipment is reservable (by staff and faculty members only) through the self-service online interface at https://www.ithaca.edu/computing/reserve/equipment/.
