This Thursday, August 3 is the going away celebration of Mike Lewis, Manager of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
Mike Lewis has accepted a position with the EATON CORPORATION. His last day at the College will be this Friday, August 4, 2005. Mike has been with us at the Office of Public Safety for the past six years as Manager of EH&S. Besides being responsible for ensuring that the College developed, maintained, and implemented the many environmental and safety programs, policies and procedures required by applicable regulations, he managed four specialized employees, three of whom manage the many and complicated fire protection systems at the college and one who is responsible for, among other things, OSHA compliance and the college's hazardous waste management program.
C'mon down and give him a hug although a hand shake will do.....
