The Graduate Program in Exercise & Sport Sciences has just released its 2005-06 AY faculty scholarship report and is proud to announce the following accomplishments:

The graduate faculty authored or co-authored 20 peer-reviewed and professional papers, and presented 23 papers at 12 different conferences or venues. Eight graduate students were lead or co-authors of these papers and presentations, 19 co-authors were collaborators from 15 different institutions, and 4 co-authors were from IC departments other than Exercise and Sports Science. These figures are comparable to much larger research institutions, and the degree of collaboration with scholars outside the IC campus reveals the national level reputation of the ESS graduate program and its faculty.
