The Fall 2006 workshop schedule is now available! The ITS Workshop Program can help you learn new computer skills, or brush up on programs you already know. We offer workshops on Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker Pro, and a host of other applications. ITS workshops are available to all members of the campus community; faculty, staff, and students are all welcome to attend.

In addition to the sessions normally offered, ITS is pleased to announce the addition of a new workshop series - Institutional Information Systems. This series of workshops is designed for users of Argus and the reporting tools available. Our goal is to give both those who use reports and those who create reports a better understanding of the systems in use and how those systems interact. The workshops currently available in this series are:

• Institutional Information Systems: Intro I - Concepts of Business Intelligence
• Institutional Information Systems: Intro II - Fundamentals of Argus
• Institutional Information Systems: Intro III - Introduction to Discoverer Viewer
• Institutional Information Systems: Intro IV - Introduction to Discoverer
