For the second year in a row, the Ithaca College Toastmasters have been selected as a Distinguished Club by Toastmasters International.
The club was honored in July 2006 for successfully meeting five of the international organization's club goals, which include growing membership, supporting member achievement, and developing strong leadership. The club was previously named a Select Distinguished Club in July 2005 for accomplishing seven goals laid out by the organization.
Ithaca College Toastmasters is dedicated to improving members' public speaking skills and is open to all members of the greater college community, including students, staff, faculty, and Longview residents.
