Ithaca College

The Ithaca College Accounts Payable and Travel Services Office is pleased to announce the upcoming changeover to a single Ithaca College Visa Credit Card program.

The new card program combines the services currently provided through the Ithaca College Visa Purchasing card and Business Travel card into one credit card. This new card should provide a more user-friendly experience by eliminating the question of which card to use when making approved purchases or travel arrangements for the college.

Tompkins Trust Company has made arrangements with Elan Financial Services to provide faculty, staff and departments who presently have one or both of the Ithaca College Visa card(s) with their new card. Your current card(s) will be replaced by a new Tompkins Visa Business Card with a new account number. Current cardholders will also receive documentation dated September 22, 2006, related to the new cards from Tompkins Trust Company and Elan Financial Services prior to receiving their new credit card.

Please remember the new card is to be used exclusively for approved Ithaca College related expenses and should adhere to existing policy guidelines.
