Ithaca College

Beginning Monday, October 2, 2006, outgoing prepaid DHL packages will be dispatched following the same procedure as UPS and FedEx. Currently DHL has been making “on demand” pick ups at the College. Departments and students currently must call the DHL toll free number or use their on line form to request a pick up and then take their packages to the Phillips Hall Post Office or the Mail Center.

Dell and Apple products exclusively use DHL for their returns. This increased demand often has the DHL courier making 3 and 4 trips to campus each day. Beginning on Monday, the College will have a regular daily scheduled pick up, eliminating the need to contact DHL.
Departments may leave return DHL shipments at their outgoing mail drop locations.
Additionally, Mail Services will pick up prepaid DHL shipments as follows:
Phillips Hall Post Office at 2:30PM
Admissions Mail Drop at 2:45PM
Alumni Office at 3:00PM
Mail Center at 3:15PM
We will not accept packages after these times.
