Changing Woman, a free eight-week Peer Support Group for Health Behavior Change for Women, will be offered through the Wellness Clinic to all female IC faculty and staff memebers begining late September 2006.

Whether you want to change your eating habits, exercise more, stop smoking, become more relaxed, or increase your self esteem, Changing Woman offers innovative and accessible ways to develop inner and outer support to change your behavior and change your life.

This free support group will meet for eight weeks this fall, on an evening most convenient for all participants. You will learn mindfulness skills (including meditation), goal-setting and values clarification, concrete ways to increase self-respect, and above all, how to enjoy yourself in the process.

The size of the group will be small, so be sure to reserve your place soon.
