The annual Benefits and Wellness Fair is rapidly approaching. Come and visit us on Wednesday, November 15th, in the Emerson Suites between 10am and 4pm.
We have many vendors from Ithaca College and the community eager to give faculty and staff information about the various programs and services they offer. Additionally, eni (your employee assistance program provider) will be holding an information session on how nutrition and exercise impacts your life, now and in the future.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing because flu shots, cholesterol screenings and exercise demos will be offered again this year.
Mark this date on your calendar and plan on attending the Benefits and Wellness Fair. As always, there will be door prizes, giveaways and great food (see what Sodexho is cooking up this year)!
