"Unseen Hands: Women Printers, Binders, and Book Designers," an exhibition catalog written by Rebecca Warren Davidson (Lecturer, Art History), has won the Arline Custer Memorial Award of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference (MARAC) for the best publication of 2005. Based on an exhibition Davidson curated at Princeton University Library, "Unseen Hands" showcases outstanding examples of women's contributions to printing, bookbinding, type design, and other arts of the book from the 15th to the 20th centuries.
