Patricia Zimmermann presents at University of Texas-Austin

Patricia Zimmerman, professor of cinema, photography and media arts, was an invited speaker at the Flow Conference at the University of Texas-Austin on October 27. With Helen De Michiel, codirector of the National Association of Media Arts and Culture, she gave a presentation entitled "Activating Public Spheres, Opening Sources."

The Flow Conference brings together scholars, media artists, television industry professionals, and media public policy advocates to discuss the future of telecommunications in the age of convergence
