The IC Aids Working Group is pleased to announce the return of the AIDS Memorial Quilt to campus for 2006. Portions of the Quilt will be on display in Emerson Suites December 4-6, with viewing times from 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. daily.

The Quilt is the largest on-going community art project in the world, with each panel commemorating a life lost to AIDS. Classes and other groups can arrange a facilitated viewing of the Quilt through Russell Martin at 607-274-3222. The display concludes at 7 p.m. on December 6 with a panel discussion, “Faces of AIDS,” and the closing of the Quilt. For further information on the display, contact AIDS Working Group co-chairs Kim Conrad at 607-274-1908 or Erica Shockley at 607-274-1096.
