A suggestion from a concerned intercom reader:

Using all caps does not strengthen your message, but usually has the
opposite effect. It's generally considered to be the equivelent of yelling, and
although you are likely enthusiastic, it may not be exactly what you were
going for.

If this were an email message, it would definitely get marked as spam and
diverted away from most user's inbox before they ever saw it.

Also, studies show that using all caps makes copy more difficult to read.
