It is with great sadness that we inform the College community of the sudden passing on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 of Susan DiPace'74.
Susan was a devoted alumna and an enthusiastic volunteer. She served as a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors from 1987 to 2006 and was most recently serving as the vice president of the Board. During her tenure, she served on many of the Board's committees, providing in particular stellar leadership for the membership and awards committee. She also volunteered for Career Services and Admission.
As a student at Ithaca College, Susan was a member of the Student Activities Board, the History Club, and the President's Host Committee.
A full tribute to Susan will appear in the upcoming ICQ. A memorial service will be held on March 24, 2007 on campus while the alumni association board of directors is here for its winter meeting.
