The following classes are now available for you to sign up for at the Fitness Center. These classes are taught by professional instructors.

All of these classes are for 10 weeks excluding Massage (6 weeks.) Flyers are available at the Fitness Center if you haven't decided what class you're interested in. You can sign up and pay at the front desk. The recsports website is not available with the current schedules.

Pilates-
Mon. 7pm-7:50pm starts 2/5 $40
Tues. 4:30pm-5:20pm starts 2/6 $40
Thurs. 12:10pm-1:00pm starts 2/8 $40

Yoga-
Sun. 3pm-4:20pm Beginner starts 2/4 $50
Sun. 4:30pm-5:50pm Yoga II starts 2/4 $50
Wed. 7:10am-8:00am Wake-Up Yoga starts 2/7 $50
Thurs. 6:30pm-7:50pm Beginner starts 2/8 $50

Tai Chi-
Wed. 5:15pm-6:15pm starts 2/14 $40

Massage-
Wed. 6:30-8pm starting 1st session 2/7-3/21 $35.00
2nd session starts 3/28-5/2
