Mark your calendars; Ithaca College Dining Services is excited to announce its annual vendor fair on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This year the theme will be “IC Food Frenzy 2007.”
The event will feature a food vendor fair along with a silent auction. The auction will support Ithaca College’s Poverty Challenge commitment, with all proceeds benefiting Foodnet / Meals on Wheels.
The IC Food Frenzy will feature all types of delicious samples featuring both trendy and organic products. The program and announcements will take place at 12:00 p.m. including information about Foodnet, the Ithaca College Poverty Challenge, and ICare.
In addition the IC Culinary Arts Club will host “Quick and Easy Meals” demonstrations at 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. featuring Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, and Spaghetti with vegetables.
