The Office of Residential Life is happy to announce that students can now request to buyout a space in their room that has been left by a former roommate and not filled.

In order to buyout the remaining space in your room, students need to fill out and submit a Vacancy Form to the Office of Residential Life. The cost to buyout the space is $475 and will be applied to your student account with the Bursar's Office. For students living in the apartments, suites and triple rooms, the cost will be divided equally among the residents unless indicated on the form.

Please note that if a vacancy occurs in a single bedroom of a Circle Apartment, this space cannot be considered for a buyout.
