The Green & Seifter sixth annual Accounting Jeopardy Challenge was held February 2 at LeMoyne College in Syracuse and we won!

Our team was ahead the entire game against teams from LeMoyne College, St. John Fisher, and SUNY Oswego.

This is the fourth win for Ithaca College. With associate professors Joanne Burress and Pat Libby as co-advisers, the IC team practiced numerous Sundays during the fall and early spring semesters to prepare for the event. Their hard work and enthusiasm paid off. Each IC team member received nice gifts including a digital camera; the plaque and trophy will be sent to us soon.

In the meantime, you can congratulate the following team members:

Seniors:
Adrian Guenther
Josh Zelkind
Doreen Mashu
Tendai Masaya
Erik Daisey
Kalina Dimitrova
Mine Kemahlioglu (an alternate who practiced alongside the regular team members)
Kristi Kalriess (practiced with the team but was unable to attend the event due to her internship)

Juniors:
Dan Perkins
Brian Fitz-Gerald

Sophomores who created great PowerPoint slides and gave the best presentation:
Tim Carey
Megan Hargett

The team thanks dean Susan Engelkemeyer for providing school support for the team.
