Ithaca College is bringing Mardi Gras festivities to a dining hall near you. Join us on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 in the Terrace and Towers dining halls to take part in celebrating the tradition, better known as “Fat Tuesday”! Learn about the holiday’s origins, meaning behind its colors: purple, gold, and green, and importance through handouts provided in the midst of the party. Our Mardi Gras festivities will feature fun giveaways, specialized menus, and an opportunity for students to celebrate together – in a New Orleans spirit!
