On Saturday, March 3, from 8 am to 3 pm, there will be a conference in Emerson Suites entitled "Autism: Preventing Problem Behavior and Facilitating Peer Interaction."
The speaker is Bridget A. Taylor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and the Executive Director of the Alpine Learning Group, which is an education and treatment center in New Jersey for children with Autism.
She will be talking about potential reasons why problem behaviors exist, interventions, strategies for clinicians and educators, research in the field, and many other topics. The registration fee for the conference is $20 for students, $50 for Ithaca College faculty, and includes breakfast and lunch. Registration forms are due THIS Friday, February 23.
