Over the past two weeks, our consultants from Segal/Sibson along with representatives from Human Resources have conducted a series of training sessions for staff with supervisory responsibilities. These sessions were very well-attended, and provided an opportunity for our supervisors to learn details about the changes to the compensation program and structure, ask questions, and provide feedback. Going forward, it is important that all staff have an opportunity to learn about the changes and details of the program, and to ask questions.
Beginning on March 20th and 21st, open sessions for staff that do not have supervisory responsibilities will be scheduled. An announcement of the location and times for these open sessions will be communicated shortly. We will be asking each individual to register, as there will be space limitations. Additional sessions will be scheduled, if needed.
We anticipate implementing the new compensation program and any resulting pay adjustments in summer 2007. In the mean time, we will provide updates on the process and will explore various venues for communicating as we begin each step of the process. Please know that we will make every effort to keep everyone informed, and we hope to make the transition to the new program seamless and transparent.
Thank You!
