Ithaca College Dining Services is hosting several events through the months of April and May to keep your mind, body, and soul healthy and happy!

On Tuesday, April 10, 2007, join is for a seminar entitled “The Truth about Fad Diets” at 12:05 p.m. in Emerson C. This is an informational lecture by: Rachel Terwilliger, Exercise Physiology Graduate Student, Nutrition, B.S., refreshments will be served.

On Tuesday, April 17, 2007, all dining halls will feature special vegetarian entrees for lunch for the Resident Dining Earth Day Celebration. Terraces will feature grilled flat bread pizza with fresh tomatoes, feta, and basil. Campus Center Dining Hall will feature sizzling caesar salad station at the International Station. Towers will feature a grilled open faced vegetable pesto sandwich with mozzarella at The Fresh Food Market.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2007, Julia Lapp, Assistant Professor will present a “Stress Eating” seminar at 2:00 p.m. in Clark Lounge, refreshments will be served.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially in a college setting is an essential quality that many students are forced overlook because of busy schedules. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate being healthy!
