Yes, there will be a faculty development institute in May! The focus is Teaching Tomorrow's Students and the open institute is on Monday May 21 and Thursday May 24. Tuesday and Wednesday are limited to faculty who teach in the Ithaca Seminar program AND those who may want to join the program in the future.

Monday's topic is the Millennial Generation: their characteristics nationally and here, and the implications of their being digital natives. Tuesday and Wednesday focus on the Ithaca Seminar program and advising exploratory students. Thursday is our widely-recognized Finger Lakes Project, about integrating sustainability into any course.
