As a part of the Student Leadership Institute, Robert Earl will present a free session entitled “You Must Lead Yourself Before You Lead Others” on Thursday, April 12 at 12:10 p.m. in Williams 221. This session will conclude prior to the start of the afternoon classes.

This workshop will investigate what all leaders must have to be able to lead successfully whether leading a major corporation or leading your peers in small groups. We will uncover the keys to effective leadership.This session earns credit for the “Leading Self” Certificate. The Student Leadership Institute is a free ongoing series of workshop sessions designed around topics in leadership and is intended for all Ithaca College students.
