As you will recall, an announcement about Ithaca College's adoption of a new, comprehensive retiree health plan developed by Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions was sent to active and retired employees. Ithaca College is pleased to invite you to learn about this important new benefit plan for employees, which provides the following features through the Emeriti Program:

• A tax-advantaged way to invest and accumulate assets exclusively to help meet future retiree medical expenses — the Emeriti Health Accounts — with services provided by Fidelity Investments®.

• A specially-designed health insurance program for retirees and their eligible dependents that builds on the foundation of Medicare — the Emeriti Health Insurance Plan Options — underwritten by Aetna Life Insurance Company.

• An innovative tax-free way to pay for other qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses — the Emeriti Reimbursement Benefit — managed by a third party administrator.
Representatives from Emeriti and Fidelity Investments will be on campus to provide information about the Emeriti Program and what you need to do to take full advantage of the Program.
