Note: The time of this event has been changed to 2:00 p.m.

Join us on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Clark Lounge, for tips on eating healthy while on a limited time budget. Eating on the run, stress and emotional eating can commonly lead to over-eating or eating unhealthy foods. This talk will provide suggestions of how to eat more nutritious foods with greater attentiveness when you don't have much time. This seminar is presented by Julia Lapp, assistant professor at Ithaca College, in partnership with Ithaca College Dining Services.

The event is part of Ithaca College Dining’s Balance Mind, Body, and Soul program. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially in a college setting is an essential quality that many students are forced overlook because of busy schedules. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate being healthy! All students, faculty, and staff are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.

Ithaca College Dining Services offers a variety of services including residential and retail dining. For more information regarding Ithaca College Dining Services explore our website at www.ithaca.edu/dining.
