Did you mean to sign up for a personal trainer over the school year, but felt so overwhelmed by work that it slipped your mind? Well, now is your chance! We will offer personal training over the summer session of 2007!
Personal training will be offered to students, faculty/staff, and qualified spouses/domestic partners/ dependents over the age of 16 of faculty/staff. The traditional package methods will be available:
Complete Fitness Assessment: $10
Includes the 7-point body composition analysis, along with several other assessments, to understand where you are in relation to your fitness goals.
Pay by session: $10
This option is available for a one hour long session one-on-one with a trainer.
4, 7, and 10 session packages (individual): $40, $60, $75 respectively
All session packages include the complete fitness assessment. After this assessment, you will work 1:1 with a trainer for the duration of sessions, depending on how many you have purchased. This option allows you to create a personalized, detailed program with your trainer that suits your wants and needs and will get you on track to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.
4, 7, & 10 session packages (w/ a friend/family member):$40, $60, $75 each respectively
This option, as the same as above, except you have the opportunity to work out with a friend! If you have similar schedules and similar interests regarding physical activity, this is a great option for you!
