Patricia Zimmermann Presents in Mexico

Patricia Zimmermann, professor of cinema, photography, and media arts (CPMA), and Dale Hudson, formerly of CPMA and now visiting assistant professor of cinema studies at Amherst College, presented a paper entitled "Trafficking in the Archives: Remixing across, between, and through Nations" at the American Comparative Literature Association conference in Puebla, Mexico, on April 20, 2007.

Their joint research project analyzes the relationships between cinephilia, archives, live multimedia performances, transnational vectors, and critical theory.
