Ithaca College

There is currently a need for a faculty or staff volunteer to give an informal talk at Longview in July.

The topic of the presentation can be academic in nature, related to an area of personal interest, a hobby, or travel experience. An appreciative audience is guaranteed!

These talks are generally held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., although it is sometimes possible to schedule presentations during weekday afternoons.

IC has had a programmatic partnership with Longview, a retirement community located on Danby Road, since spring 1999. The monthly speaker series has been in existence since that time.

Anyone willing to volunteer for a talk during the fall semester can also respond!
