Welcome in summer and come to the 18th IC Employee Picnic on Saturday June 9, 2007 from 10am -2pm!
Tickets can be ordered online at www.ithaca.edu/hr/picnic/. Ticket order forms have been sent to areas in which employees may not have access to the Internet. All ticket orders must be received by MAY 31, 2007, to ensure the correct numbers for catering. TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE PICNIC.
New to the picnic this year, puppet making and paper airplane making for children's activities. Also, New York State Fire Prevention Control will have their trailer available again this year and EH&S will have fire extinguisher training. There will be the children's toy giveaway, McGruff the Crime Dog, fingerprinting, storytelling from Zajal the Sugar Plum Fairy, Bingo, live music, the IC Relay For Life Team. The outdoor pool will be open form 12pm-6pm for those who wish to use the facility. Please refer to the policy for the use of this facility at www.icrecsports.com/FitnessCenter_site.
