2007 Seat Belt Enforcement Campaign: "Click It or Ticket"

2007 New York State (NYS) Seat Belt Enforcement Campaign "Click It or Ticket" begins today and runs for two full weeks.

The Office of Public Safety (OPS) Patrol Officers will be participating in the nationwide "Click It Or Ticket" campaign beginning today, May 21 through Sunday, June 3.

Beginning today, Patrol Officers will be issuing the operator of the vehicle and/or any passengers who are not in compliance with the seat belt regulations of New York State, a Uniform Traffic Ticket (UTT).

This State-wide program is always in effect in NYS so make sure you and all your passengers are safe and in compliance by using seat belts.
