Is your department planning to order Adobe software products this summer?

ITS is working to establish an Adobe licensing program for Ithaca College. Once implemented we expect that the program will save departments money on their Adobe software purchases and also allow us to offer a student licensing program which will provide Adobe products to students at reduced pricess.

The discount level that we receive is set based upon the size of our initial order with Adobe.

As such, if you are planning on purchasing any Adobe software this summer, it would help us all if you could work with us so that we can include it as part of the initial order. Once we’ve made the initial purchase, departments will be able to take advantage of the contract pricing on their own (details to follow once the contract is in place) and won’t need to work through us – but for the initial order we all benefit if we place one large order.

If your department is planning on purchasing Adobe software this summer, please let me know which Adobe product(s) you plan to buy, and how many of each platform (PC or MAC) by next Friday, June 15th. We will then let you know the contract price for the items and request an account number so we can add it to our initial order. We expect to place the order by the end of June.
