Robert Sullivan, associate professor of speech communication, has assumed the role of director of the Humanities and Sciences Honors Program as of June 1.

A member of the Honors Steering Committee, Professor Sullivan has has been very involved with the activities of the Honors Program including offering several honors seminars in recent years. Professor Sullivan was selected through an application process last year and has been working to create a smooth transition for the program as Professor James Swafford steps down.
Thanks go to Professor Swafford for his excellent leadership of the Honors Program over the last six years. His many contributions are greatly appreciated.
