Information Technology Services is continuing to work with Dell to offer and support a convertible model Tablet PC during 2007/08.

We were recently advised by Dell that the product will be available later this fall or early spring. As such, we will not be able to offer the Tablet PC as a platform change option for the Fall 07 round of Technology Renewal questionnaires, which will be sent out mid-July.

However, if your system is scheduled to be replaced this fall and you budgeted to switch to a Tablet PC, please contact me. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
