Associate professor of politics Naeem Inayatullah recently made two presentations at international venues: the University of Sheffield (UK) and the University of Ottawa (Canada).

The first, "Beyond Emergency: Complicity, Critique, and Indifference in International Political Economy," was given at a workshop, Reconstructing International Political Economy: Post-Colonialism and the Political Economy of the Everyday, held May 24-25 at the University of Sheffield.

Professor Inayatullah gave a second presentation, "Undressing the Wound of Wealth: The Cultural Constitution of Political Economy," for the Cultural Political Economy workshop, held June 15-17 at the University of Ottawa’s School of Political Studies.
