Students Scott Werneke, Casey Swann, Lesley Farquharson, and Kristia Hamilton, along with associate professor of biology Andrew Smith, published an article, "The Role of Metals in Molluscan Adhesive Gels," in the Journal of Experimental Biology (210: 2137-2145).
