ITS will be upgrading the Oracle Calendar (formerly CorporateTime) server on Tuesday, August 7, after business hours.

In preparation for the upgrade, ITS recommends that any faculty or staff who are not using Oracle Calendar version 10.1.2 (Windows or Mac) upgrade to the latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with the new server and software.

If your Calendar login screen shows "CorporateTime" then you are using an older version and should upgrade. If your login screen shows "Oracle Calendar" then you are using the current version and don't need to make any changes. If you need to upgrade, please visit our software page and click the Oracle Calendar link. There you will find the download links, installation instructions, and user guides.

The new version of Calendar will look a little different from your current version, but the functionality is very similar. Also, you will probably need to reset some of your preferences such as meeting display colors, whether icons are displayed, and other miscellaneous options, as all of the preferences do not carry over during the upgrade. Users of the Calendar Web interface will be pleased to see that, as of August 8, it will have a new look and feel, much like the desktop client software.

If you have any questions please contact the Helpdesk.
