Questions about your Aetna medical coverage? Our Aetna representatives, Denise Dolinsky and Aimee DeWispelaere, are coming to campus to answer your questions every Tuesday in August.

They will be here the following dates and times:

August 7, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
August 14, Noon – 2:00 p.m.
August 21, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
August 28, Noon – 2:00 p.m.

The meetings will take place in the HR Conference Room. If, however, you are unable to get to the Administration Annex, they have offered to go to your work space.

If you would like to meet with the Aetna representatives, but are unable to meet with them during one of the dates and times listed above, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements for you.
