Ithaca College

I am very pleased to announce that Malinda Smith has joined us as the Assistant Director for the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Malinda brings a great deal of experience, energy, and new ideas to the position. She has worked in the Office of Minority Educational Affairs at Cornell University for many years and has previously held the positions of Director of the Collegiate Science and Technology Program (CSTEP), Sr. Associate Director of Minority Affairs, Assistant Director of Minority Affairs, and Assistant Director of Financial Aid/Student Employment.

Malinda is an alumnus of Ithaca College with a degree in Health Administration. In her role as Assistant Director she will help coordinate the MLK Scholars program, cultural theme months, and student outreach.
